Arkeisha Knight (born March 14, 1992), known professionally as Kash Doll, is an American rapper. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan Knight grew up in large family with six siblings. Her father passed away on her first birthday. She attended Henry Ford school and then Detroit City High after she was expelled due to bad behaviour.
In 2014 Kash Doll made a remix of Tinashe’s track 2 On which gained in popularity and hit the airwaves via Detroit’s radio station WGPR 107.5. She started colloborating with many artists such as Icewear Vezzo, Lil Stl and Ca$h Out. Later she signed with BMB records.
In 2015 Kash Doll released her first mixtape Keisha vs. Kash Doll where she colloborated with Trina, Lyrica Anderson and B.O.B. It was a huge success and broke her into the music industry.
In January 2018, Kash Doll signed a record deal with ROC Nation and Universal Music Group(UMG). On February 3rd, 2018 she released her debut commercial single "Nann", which was a commercial success and was certified Gold by the RIAA. Her debut album Product of My Environment was released on June 1, 2018 to commercial success and spawned the Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit “Hurtin’ Me” and the top 5 hits “No Drama” and “B.A.N.”.
